Living in Papua New Guinea is much different than in the U.S. and there are many things that are virtually impossible to find in the stores.  In addition, Michelle has developed an intolerance to wheat and corn products so is having to learn an entirely different way to cook and bake. The list below includes baking items, snack foods, personal products and things that we just plain miss having!
  • Pamela's Wheat and Gluten Free Baking & Pancake Mix
  • Almond Flour or Almond Meal
  • Bath & Body Works Body Spray (Secret Wonderland or Japanese Cherry Blossom)

Please be aware that whatever you send should be sent PRIORITY MAIL - we've found that Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes from the Post Office work best. Surface mail does not arrive - ever! Be sure that all packages are wrapped and taped securely and a customs form is attached. On the customs form, mark the box as a“gift” and give a broad definition of the contents. You do not need to be specific. For example, anything edible can be collectively be defined as “food items”.  It’s best if you remove the outer packaging from the items you send, not only to reduce the weight but to reduce the appearance of sending items that could possibly be resold.  If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us.
